Ear Reshaping (Otoplasty)

Whether due to a congenital deformity such as “protrusive ears” or because of trauma, ear tissue can be modified to improve the shape, size, prominence, and overall appearance of the ears. This procedure can be performed as early as 5 years of age, when ear size and shape is nearly adult size, as an outpatient procedure. Incisions are usually hidden on the back surface of the ears where cartilage sculpting is performed.
