Practice Manager
Overseeing the day-to-day activities at Bluewater Plastic Surgery is Mandi, a proud Navy veteran with over 20 years of administrative experience. Mandi is an Air Force wife with two grown children. Although she is a California native and lived in many beautiful places, Florida is one of her favorite military moves. Mandi enjoys the relaxed Florida lifestyle, especially being out in nature and anything in the water. Mandi strives to ensure that all Bluewater Plastic Surgery patients receive first-class treatment at every visit.
Michelle Sasala
Nurse Practitioner
Michelle is a Board-Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP-BC) She was a Registered Nurse for 17 years before advancing her career and obtaining her master’s degree in 2017, becoming a licensed nurse practitioner. She holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has been practicing in healthcare for the past 20 years. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio Michelle and her husband fell in love with the gulf coast and moved to the area in 2018 along with their dog, a Pomeranian named Tank. Michelle has a plethora of experience and has a passion for helping patients look and feel their best.
Liz Pfeiffer
Registered Nurse
Liz joined the practice in June of 2001 and this year marked 20 years that she and Dr. Clark have worked together! Liz graduated from Texas Tech University Health Science Center School of Nursing in December 1988 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. The same week she graduated, she also married her husband, Tom and she traveled the world with him for the next 22 years as an Air Force wife. During her career, she has worked in Pediatrics, Pediatric ICU, medical/surgical specialties, PACU, and in the OR both as a circulator and surgical assistant. She even worked as a boarding school nurse, while she lived in England for London Central High School. Her love for plastic surgery started back in 1995 when she worked for a plastic surgeon in Las Vegas. She has three grown children Katie, Kyle, and Kendall. She loves her patients and cares for each one of them as if they were family. When she is not in her nursing mode, you will find “Spin Liz” teaching a spin class or in the gym.
Wynette Merritt
Certified Surgical Tech
Wynette is a surgical assistant to Dr. Clark here at Bluewater Plastic Surgery, as well as Destin Surgery Center and Ascension Sacred Heart. She is board certified through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting and is a member of the Association of Surgical Technologists. Wynette moved here from middle Georgia in 2019 with her husband Steve. She is a proud mom of four beautiful grown children. It has been a lifelong dream to live on the Emerald Coast. She is excited to pursue her specialty in plastics here at Bluewater Plastic Surgery.
Emily Henry
Patient Coordinator
Usually, the first person you will encounter when you call or visit our office is Patient Coordinator, Emily. Emily is a proud Army wife of 4 years and has a beautiful 18-month-old daughter, Willow Rose. She is a Pennsylvania native (Go Pens!). Emily loves all things outdoors such as hunting, fishing, hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking and the beach. When she is not working you can find her cooking or baking something tasty in her kitchen. Emily has administrative experience in Aesthetics and Dermatology and is always excited to welcome patients to the practice.
