She was a Registered Nurse for 17 years before advancing her career and obtaining her master’s degree in 2017, becoming a licensed nurse practitioner. She holds a national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and has been practicing in healthcare for the past 20 years. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio Michelle and her husband fell in love with the gulf coast and moved to the area in 2018 along with their dog, a Pomeranian named Tank. Michelle has a plethora of experience and has a passion for aesthetics and helping patients look and feel their best.

Mandi Dancer

Surgical Coordinator

Bluewater Plastic Surgery’s Surgical Coordinator is Mandi Dancer, a proud Navy veteran with over 20 years of administrative experience. Mandi is an Air Force wife with two children, and although she is a California native, Florida is one of her favorite military moves. Mandi enjoys the relaxed Florida lifestyle, especially being out in nature, paddle boarding, and anything in the water. Her other favorite activities are dancing, playing the piano, reading, and hanging out with her family and dog.

Tamera Klann

Surgical Nurse

Tamera joined Bluewater Plastic Surgery as one of our nurses in March 2019. Tamera assists Dr. Clark in the operating room as well as in our Bluewater Bay and Santa Rosa Beach offices. She discovered her love for all things surgical while earning her bachelor’s degree in Nursing at Troy University. After graduating with her BSN in 2003, Tamera worked in a multitude of surgical facilities around the world (a surgery center, military, and civilian hospitals, and even a tent while deployed overseas). Her vast knowledge, gained both in and out of the military, motivated her to earn a certification as a Perioperative Nurse (CNOR) and she recently completed course work toward her career-long dream of becoming a Registered Nurse First Assist (RNFA). Although Tamera was lucky enough to live on the beautiful island of Oahu, and in sunny California, while in the military, the Emerald Coast was her home growing up, and she knew it would be the perfect place to settle down with her husband and two kids. Tamera’s compassion for patients, her commitment to excellence, passion for surgery, and her wonderfully dry sense of humor makes her a wonderful asset to the BWPS team.
